A Post Card From Borneo

Off the coast of Sabah in Malaysian Borneo, three Bajau Laut huts sit in contrast to an approaching storm.

 

I am in Semporna, Sabah on the island of Borneo. Nathan Watkins and I are covering a story on a people known as the Sea Gypsies of Borneo, the Bajau Laut. I was hoping to share images everyday during this trip, but my internet is almost nonexistent. So I might be able to post one or two images a day if I am lucky. For now I leave you with this image.
